_____________________________________, car # _____ will be participating in the 2008 Kutztown Junior National on August 14th.I am fully aware that all track rules and regulations will be strictly enforced and teching will be performed following the racing activity.The legal age for the Junior National Tour is between the ages of 8 & 13 with anyone starting the season at 13 and having a birthday still being classified as a legal Junior National racer.Parent or guardian must sign waiver at speedway sign-in.
